Inner Eye - Beyond the Illusory Self
In the exploration of Qi-Energy-Consciousness the fundamental question of origin always presents itself.
What are we really?
Inner Eye QI GONG practices allow one to pierce through the Illusory Self in the quest to return to Origin.
The Illusory Self is the merged Energetics of the 5 Senses and one's Outer and Inner Reality perceived and filtered by the Mind.
Due to the conditioning of the Mind Energy, over 1 or more lifetimes as a human expression, as well as the mass consciousness field of humanity,
this can lead to an obscuration of One's True Nature.
The Secret of the Golden Flower
"The work of turning the light around depends entirely on the method of reversal, to concentrate one`s thoughts on the heavenly heart.
The heavenly heart lies between the sun and the moon (the two eyes).
The Book of the Yellow Court says:
In the square inch field of the square foot house, life can be regulated. The square foot house is the face.
As for the square inch field on the face, what can it be other than the heavenly heart?
In the middle of the square inch dwells the splendour.
In the purple hall of the city of jade dwells the God of Utmost Emptiness and Life.
The Confucians call it the empty dwelling in the middle;
The Buddhists call it the terrace of the spirit; The Taoists call it the ancestral land, the yellow court, the mysterious pass or the prenatal opening.

Qi Gong/Energy Skill is the ancient system of Vital Energy Cultivation developed by Chinese QiGong teachers over many thousands of years.
It is the fundamental aspect of Traditional Chinese Medicine which works on harmonising the Qi/Energy flow of the Organs (ZangFu) & their associated Meridians (JingLuo) through Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, QiGong & TuiNa.
Combinations of meditative focus, breathing methods, movement & stillness techniques are all aspects of QiGong, by interacting with & manipulating the Qi within our bodies as well as interaction with the multitude of Qi fields around us, one can achieve an abundance of Qi flow resulting in relaxation, health, rejuvenation & vitality.
This workshop is open to all & suitable for all levels.
